HAGER Executive Consulting further expands its consulting expertise

‘We are delighted to have gained two experts in Dr Markus Neumann and Daniel Norpoth. In the course of their professional careers, they have gained a great deal of experience in operational business,’ explains Martin Krill, Managing Director of HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH. ‘In future, the two will actively support clients in their areas of expertise as part of our team.’

As the new Business Unit Manager, Dr Markus Neumann takes over the management of the Healthcare Business Unit, which was only introduced by HAGER in May of this year. Together with Michaela Bender, who has played a key role in shaping the unit since then. Neumann will gradually build up and expand the new unit in the future. The focus will be on life sciences, with mandates from the medtech, biotech and healthcare sectors.

As a qualified dentist, Dr Neumann not only brings his many years of experience as a practising doctor to his new field of activity. Since 1996, he has also been able to prove himself in various positions for various well-known companies in Germany and abroad. His work has already focussed on the life sciences and healthcare sector. He has helped to realise various projects, mostly in a managerial capacity. His role as a board member of the German Healthcare Alliance at the Federation of German Industries (BDI) has given him a deep insight into the organisational structures of the healthcare sector.

In the last two years, Dr Neumann has worked independently on various mandates as an advisor to management boards and healthcare investors.

The experience he has gained here will also contribute to his future work for the clients of HAGER Executive Consulting.

‘Dr Neumann can already look back on an impressive series of professional achievements,’ explains Martin Krill. ‘His expertise in the medical field is an enrichment for our consulting services.’

The CV of the second new team member, Daniel Norpoth, is also characterised by continuous professional development.

After successfully completing his studies in business administration, Norpoth managed to qualify from Head of Internal Sales to Head of Acceptance Point Acquisition at a French-based provider of a prepaid card system in the fringe benefits sector, to National Sales Manager and finally to Managing Director in just five years.

Norpoth then worked for AutoVision for a total of 16 years. A leading German personnel service provider for the automotive, metal, electrical and aerospace industries. As head of the people services division as well as sales and marketing and finally as head of personnel services. Norpoth was able to make an important contribution to the success of the VW Group company. As part of the development and integration of the AutoVisions subsidiary active Personal in Stuttgart and another Polish company, Norpoth was able to gain expertise and practical experience as Managing Director. He will now use this to further advance the Automotive business unit at HAGER Executive Consulting.
