His CV is characterised by continuous professional development. After successfully completing his degree in business administration, Norpoth managed to qualify from Head of Internal Sales to Head of Acceptance Point Acquisition at a French-based provider of a prepaid card system in the fringe benefits sector, to National Sales Manager and finally to Managing Director in just five years.
Norpoth then spent a total of 16 years working for one of Germany’s leading personnel service providers for the automotive, metal, electrical and aerospace industries. As head of the people services, sales and marketing division and finally as head of personnel services, Norpoth was able to make an important contribution to the company’s success and gain the expertise and practical experience that he will now use to further advance the automotive business unit at HAGER Executive Consulting.
