With a new industry segment, HAGER Executive Consulting is showing that it is continuing to expand its growth trajectory. The Financial Sponsor Coverage business unit, which was added in June 2021, increasingly serves the private equity, venture capital and family office sectors. The Financial Sponsor Coverage business unit supports national and international investment companies throughout the DACH region. The main focus is on the recruitment of vacant C-level and advisory board positions for the acquired investments. The focus is also on supporting the search for personnel for the investment companies themselves.

More than 30 years of experience in the industrial segment

The head of the new division is Andreas Weik. With the financial services expert, HAGER is bringing on board a strong leader with over 30 years of experience in executive search and management consulting. Weik has already worked for various well-known and global executive search consultancies. He has successfully filled key positions for large investment and banking houses, private equity companies and family offices in the financial services and real estate sectors.

In Andreas Weik, we have gained a proven expert for our team. I am convinced that, with his extensive know-how and many years of experience, he will successfully develop our newly developed Financial Sponsor Coverage industry segment “, explains Ralf Hager.
