In 27 years, HAGER Executive Consulting has developed into one of the largest personnel consultancies in Germany. A placement rate of 91% and almost 6,000 job placements are reflected in numerous awards as a top service provider.

‘In our work, we rely above all on trusting, long-term partnerships,’ explains Martin Krill, Managing Partner of HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH. ‘However, continuity does not mean familiarisation or routine in a negative sense, but professional appreciation. This also applies to the now impressively large number of awards for our work – we don’t want to and won’t get used to them either, but rather value each and every one.’

With the award as Top Personnel Service Provider 2023 by FOCUS Business, HAGER has once again been recognised for its work over the past year. The executive search expert has thus seamlessly continued its success from the previous nine years. For the tenth time in a row, HAGER was able to assert itself in a field of competitors totalling 4,000 personnel service providers this time.

The assessment was based on more than 2,200 interviews with HR managers and personnel service providers as well as 1,900 candidates. As a result, 284 companies were honoured, 62 of them in the Executive Search category.

The new award and the associated recommendation by FOCUS Business is just one of several renowned expert judgements. These once again attested to HAGER Executive Consulting’s above-average performance. In 2022, WirtschaftsWoche honoured HAGER Executive Consulting as ‘Best Personnel Consultants 2022’ out of 830 personnel consultancies. Handelsblatt also recognised HAGER Executive Consulting as one of Germany’s best personnel consultancies (‘Top Personnel Consultancy’ out of 509 personnel consultancies assessed).

HAGER was also recognised for its performance as an employer. With a recommendation as a TOP Company and for practising openness, kununu, the platform for employer evaluation by employees, also attests to HAGER Executive Consulting’s top performance in this area.
