HAGER expands technology division and strengthens networking between digital and industrial expertise

Since 1 January, Dr Monika Becker has been working with the Digital & Technology Business Unit Managers to expand HAGER’s leading position. The appointment of executive and key functions in segments such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Management, RPA & AI and Advanced Analytics.

Dr Monika Becker also supports the optimised networking of the Digital & Technology and Industry Business Units. The newly created role is part of a growth strategy to consolidate HAGER’s positioning for executive mandates at the interface between business and IT – and thus for innovation topics ranging from Industry 4.0 and digital logistics to the use of AI in personalised medicine.

With a doctorate in psychology, she managed the HAGER Business Unit Software for well over a decade. There she gained a broad and valuable insight into the industry when placing managers and professionals. Alongside her new position, she will retain her existing role as Sector Lead Digital & Technology at Horton International.

‘I see myself as a point of contact for our clients and an internal ‘sparring partner’ for all mandates in the technology and digital sector. I am delighted to be able to share my many years of experience with an agile and hungry team.
