WirtschaftsWoche once again honors best personnel consultancies in Germany

WirtschaftsWoche once again named “Germany’s best HR consultants” in its December issue of 11.12.20.

Based on a questionnaire developed by Prof. Christel Gade from the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef, the business magazine published by Handelsblatt examined the headhunter market for the fifth time in a row. To this end, they surveyed HR decision-makers in companies. The evaluation criteria for the personnel consultancies were divided into use, satisfaction, awareness and reputation.

The renowned magazine WirtschaftsWoche commissioned this study on the recruitment consultant market in collaboration with Christel Gade, Professor at the IUBH International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef and an expert on the headhunting industry. Around 2,600 HR decision-makers from German companies completed the specially developed questionnaires between July and November. They evaluated over 890 personnel consultancies. Among other things, they indicated how satisfied they were with various recruitment consultancies. They awarded stars for good or excellent services. This anonymous survey was supported by the DFK (Association for Specialists and Executives) and the BDU (Federal Association of German Management Consultants).

“We are delighted to receive this repeated award from managers in the IT industry,” says Dr. Monika Becker, Business Unit Director at HAGER Executive Consulting and Sector Head IT & Digitalization at Horton Group International. “This underlines once again that we are one of the strongest executive search consultancies in Germany for IT & digital transformation.”
