Once again this year, WirtschaftsWoche has listed HAGER Executive Consulting among the best in its personnel consultant ranking.
The top ranking of five stars was awarded in six categories. In addition to IT, mechanical engineering (including industry and metal), financial services, real estate and consulting/professional services, the digitalization sector was once again awarded five stars.

The renowned magazine WirtschaftsWoche commissioned this study on the recruitment consultant market in collaboration with Christel Gade, professor at IUBH and expert for the headhunting industry. Between July and November, around 2,600 HR decision-makers from German companies completed the specially developed questionnaires. They evaluated over 890 personnel consultancies. Among other things, they indicated how satisfied they were with various recruitment consultancies. The HR decision-makers awarded stars for good or excellent services. This anonymous survey was supported by the DFK (Association for Specialists and Executives) and the BDU (Federal Association of German Management Consultants).

The digital transformation is omnipresent and does not only affect the area of innovation. Its effects have an impact on the entire company. Managers in areas such as finance, HR, logistics, production, legal, purchasing, sales and marketing must also be able to make an active contribution to the change.
