HAGER honored by FOCUS-Business

The study was conducted in cooperation with the employer platform kununu

Around 950,000 company profiles with a German company location and at least 10 reviews on the kununu.com platform were evaluated. Of these, 5 reviews had to have been entered since 01.01.2019. An average rating of 3.5 stars and a recommendation rate of 70 percent were also required.

In order to focus on medium-sized companies, the companies were filtered according to the number of employees. This had to be between 11 and 500.

The final rankings are based on two factors: the average rating and the number of ratings on Kununu.

With flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes and openness to innovative ideas, HAGER Executive Consulting offers an optimal working environment as a medium-sized company. The almost 25-year success story that HAGER Executive Consulting can now look back on is only possible with a highly motivated team.

“This motivation and solidarity is also reflected in the assessment by Focus Business magazine. We are very proud to be part of it and to have received this award. We are always striving to improve and take feedback from our employees very seriously. After all, every single one of our employees has a part to play in the success we have as a company,” explains Ralf Hager, founder and Managing Director.

The Due Diligence Private Equity Still Gets Wrong: Human Capital

Most due diligences can slice the numbers a thousand ways. Markets, models, margins – all dissected surgical precision. But the one factor that decides whether any of it turns into performance — the people expected to deliver — is still often checked last, or lightly, or not at all.

Here’s the quiet contradiction in private equity: Financial DD predicts potential. Human Capital DD predicts reality. And the gap between the two is where value is most often lost.
