Deine Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Social-Media-Content (Texte, Bilder, Videos) für unsere digitalen Kanäle; Kenntnisse in KI-Tools sind von Vorteil.
- Unterstützung bei Planung, Veröffentlichung und Organisation von Beiträgen auf unseren Social-Media Kanälen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer WordPress Website.
- Erstellung und Gestaltung von Präsentationen und Marketingmaterialien (z. B. mit PowerPoint, Canva oder Adobe).
- Recherche zu Markt- und Branchentrends sowie inspirierenden Content-Formaten.
- Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekten.
Dein Profil
- Engagierte, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen.
- Laufendes oder fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (idealerweise Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder Wirtschaft).
- Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen des Studiums.
- Gespür für Design, Ästhetik und Details
sowie Verständnis für zielgruppen- und
plattformgerechten Content. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute
Englischkenntnisse. - Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v. a. Teams,
Excel, Word); PowerPoint, Canva oder Adobe sind von Vorteil. - Team-Mindset und Motivation, aktiv zum
Unternehmenserfolg beizutragen. - Präsenz: mind. 2–3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort.

#03 VIDEO INTERVIEW
The next step is an in-depth 45-minute video interview (MS Teams) with the Talent Acquisition colleagues.
#04 GET TO KNOW
Ideally, we will then invite you to a personal meeting and interview with your future team. Possibly including a practical test or in conjunction with a few trial lessons.
#05 CONVERSATION WITH MANAGEMENT
In the final round, you will have a final discussion with our management and meet your new colleagues again.
#06 CONTRACT OFFER
After the interviews, we will send you the employment contract and are available to answer your questions at any time.
#07 YOUR FIRST DAY
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive a full-day introduction to the company and processes. Your new team colleagues are already looking forward to getting to know you better at the welcome dinner!
