The development of the company
HAGER Executive Consulting was founded almost 30 years ago by the managing director and namesake Ralf Hager and Oliver Badura. Martin Krill was appointed Managing Director in 2004. In the early years, HAGER worked exclusively on mandates for companies in the TIMES sector (telecommunications industry, information technology, media companies and entertainment industry) and grew strongly with and through this market. The aim was and is to optimally support companies in their growth in a highly dynamic, competitive environment and to place the right personalities in key positions.
Today, HAGER employs around 130 people in Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin and is recognised as one of the strongest executive search consultancies in Germany for IT & digital transformation. HAGER has repeatedly been recognised by Wirtschaftswoche and FOCUS as one of the TOP personnel consultancies in Germany.
HAGER is the trusted advisor in the recruitment process for technology providers, IT consultancies and the CTO / CIO / CDO sectors. As a generalist, HAGER has teams of experts in all economically relevant sectors such as consumer goods, financial services, industry, life science, professional services and the public sector. The focus of our recruitment is on management tasks and key roles at specialist level. Clients include SMEs and corporations looking for managers and specialists or in need of further training, development, reorganisation or coaching. Around 70 per cent of mandates are awarded by existing clients.
