For the eighth time in a row, FOCUS Business named HAGER Executive Consulting the top personnel service provider in the ‘Executive Search’ category.
As in previous surveys, HAGER Executive Consulting was again recognized this year for its outstanding quality and professionalism in personnel consulting by the career guide FOCUS-Business for its outstanding quality and professionalism in personnel consulting. The associated seal offers both clients and applicants a good orientation when choosing a service provider.
The award from FOCUS-Business is based on a study conducted together with the experts from Statista. Last autumn, the statistics portal surveyed HR managers from companies and personnel service providers as well as candidates about their favorites.
Online survey via XING
The surveys were conducted online via XING and an online access panel. Based on a longlist of around 3,000 personnel service providers, a maximum of ten entries per category were possible. The evaluation was based on the quality and selection of candidate profiles, service quality, price-performance ratio and placement speed. In addition to recruitment experts, job seekers who had been in contact with recruitment agencies in the past three years were also able to name their favorites. They assessed the quality and selection of the positions offered. They also rated the communication during and after the placement and the quality of service during the application process.

Only those who were convincing in all categories and received a minimum number of good or very good ratings as well as a minimum percentage of recommendations were included in the group of ‘Top Personnel Service Providers 2021’.
