What you can expect
- Planning, independent implementation and review of all recruiting processes including research, initial telephone contact, evaluation and implementation of selection and closing interviews
- Personal focus on executive searches
- Management of a small team
- Preparation and participation in recruiting and networking events, such as job fairs
- Advice for our hiring managers incl. corresponding status reporting
- Ensuring an excellent candidate journey including onboarding
- Budget planning and success analysis of the selected recruiting channels
- Design and evaluation of employer branding and employee retention measures
- Management of HR initiatives (e.g. New Work)
What is important to us
- Successfully completed university degree
- Relevant professional experience in a recruitment consultancy or a dynamic consulting environment, ideally combined with a hunter mentality
- Dynamic, committed, service-orientated personality with strong communication skills
- Very confident, winning and professional demeanour
- Excellent analytical skills and organisational talent
- Team-orientation and very good knowledge of human nature
- Creativity, conceptual strength and hands-on mentality

At the beginning, initial mutual questions are answered in a telephone call or MS Teams meeting.
#03 VIDEO INTERVIEW
The next step is an in-depth 45-minute video interview (MS Teams) with the Talent Acquisition colleagues.
#04 GET TO KNOW
Ideally, we will then invite you to a personal meeting and interview with your future team. Possibly including a practical test or in conjunction with a few trial lessons.
#05 CONVERSATION WITH MANAGEMENT
In the final round, you will have a final discussion with our management and meet your new colleagues again.
#06 CONTRACT OFFER
After the interviews, we will send you the employment contract and are available to answer your questions at any time.
#07 YOUR FIRST DAY
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive a full-day introduction to the company and processes. Your new team colleagues are already looking forward to getting to know you better at the welcome dinner!
