What you can expect
- Supporting colleagues in the creation of content in line with our social media and overall strategy
- Collaboration in the editorial support and administration of social media channels
- Identification of industry-relevant content and viral content
- Analysing and optimising measures and reviewing success based on relevant KPIs
- Providing impetus for new web technologies and monitoring the market
What is important to us
- Ideally, you are in the middle or already at the end of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme
- A sense of aesthetics and design and a special eye for detail
- Empathy for target group and platform-appropriate content creation
- Enthusiasm for automation in the social media environment
- Strong service orientation, reliability, curiosity and commitment
- Impeccable German and good English skills

At the beginning, initial mutual questions are answered in a telephone call or MS Teams meeting.
#03 VIDEO INTERVIEW
The next step is an in-depth 45-minute video interview (MS Teams) with the Talent Acquisition colleagues.
#04 GET TO KNOW
Ideally, we will then invite you to a personal meeting and interview with your future team. Possibly including a practical test or in conjunction with a few trial lessons.
#05 CONVERSATION WITH MANAGEMENT
In the final round, you will have a final discussion with our management and meet your new colleagues again.
#06 CONTRACT OFFER
After the interviews, we will send you the employment contract and are available to answer your questions at any time.
#07 YOUR FIRST DAY
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive a full-day introduction to the company and processes. Your new team colleagues are already looking forward to getting to know you better at the welcome dinner!
