What you can expect
- Operational research and telephone identification of top talent in various industries
- Regular preparation of industry and company analyses
- Preparation of market studies supported by the telephone
- Close cooperation with our COO and the managers and consultants of our business units and teams
- Management and control of the research team’s project workload
- Training and induction of new team members
- Consistent expansion and maintenance of our database
What is important to us
- At least 3 years of professional experience in executive search at a renowned recruitment consultancy
- You are very communicative, articulate and enjoy talking on the phone
- You speak German flawlessly (native speaker level)
- You are interested in economic relationships and think entrepreneurially
- You are a team player and enjoy working with people
- You have a can-do mentality and are reliable, honest and loyal
