Ralf Hager developed his enthusiasm for executive search while studying business administration. He worked for a well-known recruitment consultancy and gained his first experience in recruiting for various sectors. In 1996, he realised his dream and founded HAGER Executive Consulting. Over the course of 26 years, he gradually built up the consultancy, brought experienced strategists on board and turned HAGER Executive Consulting into a globally active expert in the field of executive search, with impressive knowledge of both the industry and people.
