The company's development
HAGER Executive Consulting was founded 30 years ago by managing director and namesake Ralf Hager and Oliver Badura. Martin Krill was appointed managing director in 2004. In its early years, HAGER worked exclusively with companies in the TIMES sector (telecommunications, information technology, media and entertainment) and grew rapidly alongside and beyond this market. The goal was and is to provide companies with optimal support for their growth in a highly dynamic, competitive environment and to place the right people in key positions.
Today, HAGER employs around 130 people at its locations in Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin and is regarded as one of the strongest executive search consultancies in Germany for IT and digital transformation. HAGER has repeatedly been named one of Germany's top personnel consultancies by Wirtschaftswoche and FOCUS.
HAGER is the trusted advisor in the recruitment process for technology providers, IT consulting firms and CTO/CIO/CDO departments. As a generalist, HAGER has teams of experts in all economically relevant sectors, such as consumer goods, financial services, industry, life sciences, professional services and the public sector. The focus of recruitment is on management tasks and key roles at specialist level. Clients include medium-sized companies and corporations that are looking for managers and specialists or have a need for further training, development, reorientation or coaching. Around 70 per cent of mandates are awarded by existing clients.
