With over 15 years of experience in executive search for the energy sector and various process industries, Thomas Piecha has extensive expertise in filling management and key positions along the entire value chain. His professional career has taken him from top international consultancies such as Kienbaum and Korn Ferry to challenging executive search mandates within the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, both nationally and internationally.

In his work in global industrial and energy market segments, Thomas Piecha was responsible for search mandates in energy supply, infrastructure, energy plant construction, the materials industry, and the process industry. Thanks to his many years of specialization, he brings with him a deep understanding of the market and a robust network of decision-makers, executives, and industry experts.

His focus is on filling C-level, management, and strategically relevant specialist positions, particularly in areas such as energy management, network infrastructure, technical services, industrial production, plant and mechanical engineering, and transformation and regulatory environments.
