He specialises in digital transformation in and around the public sector, particularly in the areas of public administration, transport and infrastructure, and defence.
In his role, he and his team assist clients from consulting firms, IT service providers and public organisations in filling management and key positions. He also supports his clients in defining new role profiles that meet the future requirements of digital transformation.
His approach is characterised by a deep understanding of complex organisational structures and a strong network of decision-makers and experts. He is also a board member of Mobility Allstars e.V., a mobility network in the DACH region, and spokesperson for the Diversity Working Group in the Digital Administration Competence Network (NEGZ).
