Every year, the business and careers magazine FOCUS-Business<\/strong> recognises around 1,000 companies as top employers in the German SME sector. For the fifth time, HAGER Executive Consulting is among the award-winning selection of around 38,000 companies. <\/h2>\n\n

\u2018The satisfaction of our clients is of course always at the centre of our daily work,\u2019 explains Yvonne Klein<\/a>, Senior Talent Acquisition and HR expert at HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH. \u2018We are well aware that the energy we put into client projects is also fuelled by the satisfaction of our employees.\u2019 <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Employee satisfaction is also the basis of the ranking of top employers in the SME sector compiled by FOCUS-Business<\/a>. A total of around 38,000 companies were analysed this year to determine the top employers. Divided into groups according to size, the companies, all of which belong to the SME sector, were analysed on the basis of the number and quality of employee reviews submitted on kununu.com. Employees and applicants can submit employer reviews via the online platform and have thus compiled around 5.6 million reviews on 1.1 million employers in recent years. <\/p>\n\n

At the end of the process, which has been trialled by FOCUS-Business since 2012, around 1,000 companies were once again awarded the title of top employer in the SME sector this year. Among them was HAGER Executive Consulting for the fifth time. <\/h2>\n\n

By analysing the employee evaluations, it is possible to assess aspects such as working atmosphere, work-life balance and salary level in the ranking. This year, the handling of the coronavirus issue also played a key role.. <\/p>\n\n

\u2018The ranking shows us once again which factors are decisive in ensuring that employees are satisfied with us as an employer and are committed to maximising their performance,\u2019 explains Klein. \u2018Remuneration and career opportunities are no longer the only deciding factors. Appreciation, work-life balance, flat hierarchies and an overall positive corporate culture that is lived out with commitment – we were able to impress in all of these areas and once again assert ourselves in the FOCUS Business Ranking.\u2019 <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The Top Employer 2022 award is part of a series of numerous prizes. For example, WirtschaftsWoche, Handelsblatt and also FOCUS-Business have recognised the professional achievements in personnel services, particularly in the area of executive search. <\/p>\n\n
