Around 2,100 HR decision-makers were surveyed between October 2022 and September 2023. These were divided into 4,500 individual assessments. They indicated how satisfied they were with the performance of the recruitment consultants they commissioned. There were also around 100 reference interviews. Over 840 consultancies were named and rated in the ranking. The top-rated companies were awarded the title \u2018Best Personnel Consultants 2023\u2019.
