Of particular note is the fact that the renewed assessment as BEST PERSONAL ADVICE was not based on abstract criteria or complicated algorithms. In 2021, WirtschaftsWoche once again used a questionnaire developed by the renowned professor of international management at the IU International University of Applied Sciences in Erfurt, Christel Gade, as the basis for the ranking. The evaluation of the responses from around 3,000 HR decision-makers provided information on the assessment of the service provided. The performance of a total of more than 1,000 consulting companies was recorded, providing a practical basis for the following ranking.
