The company was rated &#8220;very good&#8221; and achieved four out of five possible stars. In spring, HAGER Executive Consulting took part in a large-scale study on the working situation of women in Germany. The women&#8217;s magazine initiated this study itself.   <\/p>\n\n<p><em>&#8220;I am particularly pleased that we, as a medium-sized company with around 110 employees, are obviously treating the issue of equal rights just as importantly as many well-known large companies such as Adidas, BMW, Henkel and Continental, to name just a few of the big players that are included in the list with us,&#8221;<\/em> says <a href=\"https:\/\/hager-consulting.com\/en\/about-us\/our-team\/martin-krill\/\">Martin Krill<\/a>, Managing Partner of HAGER Executive Consulting.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-257-unternehmen-haben-sich-an-der-umfrage-beteiligt-und-den-umfangreichen-online-fragebogen-ausgefullt-vom-kleinunternehmen-bis-zum-dax-konzern\">257 companies took part in the survey and completed the extensive online questionnaire &#8211; from small companies to DAX corporations<\/h2>\n\n<p>HAGER Executive Consulting was one of the companies that received an excellent rating of four out of five stars. At the time of the survey, the executive search expert&#8217;s quota of women was 53 percent. The mentoring programs and coaching offers for managers by external trainers stood out in the assessment and categorization of HAGER Executive Consulting. In addition, HAGER has been active for years in promoting interdisciplinary women&#8217;s networks. For example, HAGER Executive Consulting cooperates with the online content platform <a href=\"https:\/\/femaleonezero.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Female One Zero<\/a>. This deals with megatopics of the new world of work: digitalization, diversity and female empowerment. HAGER Executive Consulting is also an active partner of the Women&#8217;s Career Index initiative, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frauen-karriere-index.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Impact of Diversity<\/a> (IoD).      <\/p>\n<p>The women&#8217;s magazine Brigitte has initiated this study for the third time in a
