Since 2022 it has been named HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH. Martin Krill joined the firm in 2004 and has served as managing director since 2005.<\/p><p>In its early years, HAGER worked exclusively with companies in the TIMES industries: telecommunications, information technology, media and entertainment. The firm grew rapidly with that market and then beyond it. It is a specialist firm, and it is specialised sixteen times over: each practice group is staffed by consultants who work in that market and no other, among them consumer goods, financial services, industry, life sciences, professional services and the public sector. Where a role sits between markets, the practice groups work as one team on the search. Searches focus on leadership roles and on key positions at specialist level. Clients range from mid sized companies to corporations looking for executives and specialists, or for training, development, reorientation and coaching.
