Our latest development, the HAGER Candidate Score, is a prime example of how artificial intelligence (AI) and human expertise go hand in hand. Thanks to the many years of experience of our consultants, our recruiting process has been raised to a new level with the help of modern technology. The tool automatically analyses CVs and assigns a suitable \u2018Candidate Score\u2019 which is checked by our consultants. <\/p>\n

The further development of our chatbot, HAGER-GPT 4o, offers an even broader range of data and was developed in partnership with OpenAI specifically for the needs of executive search and is operated in our own cloud infrastructure. This allows us to provide all HAGER employees with the latest and \u2018most powerful\u2019 AI model in compliance with data protection regulations. <\/p>\n

This enables us to offer both our clients and candidates an even more precise, efficient and data protection-compliant solution for filling management positions that is optimally tailored to their individual needs.<\/p>\n
