Every year, the business and career magazine chooses FOCUS business around 1.000 companies to top employers in German medium-sized companies. For the fifth time, HAGER Executive Consulting is among the award-winning selection from around 38.000 companies.
"The satisfaction of our clients is of course always the focus of our daily work," explains Yvonne Klein, Senior Talent Acquisition and HR expert at HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH. "We are well aware that the energy we put into customer projects is also fed by the satisfaction of our employees."
Employee satisfaction is also the basis of the ranking of top employers in medium-sized companies compiled by FOCUS-Business. A total of around 38.000 companies were used to determine the top employers this year. Divided into groups according to size, the companies, which were all classified as medium-sized companies, were analyzed based on the number and quality of the employee ratings submitted on kununu.com. Employees and applicants can submit employer ratings via the online platform and have thus collected around 5,6 million ratings for 1,1 million employers in recent years.
At the end of the process, which has been tried and tested by FOCUS-Business since 2012, there were around 1.000 companies this year that were awarded the title of top employer in medium-sized companies. Among them HAGER Executive Consulting for the fifth time.
By analyzing the employee ratings, it is possible to evaluate aspects such as the working atmosphere, work-life balance and salary level in the ranking from the direct perspective of the employees. This year, dealing with the topic of Corona also played a key role.
"The ranking shows us once again which factors are decisive for employees to be satisfied with us as an employer and to achieve maximum performance with commitment," describes Klein. “Remuneration and career opportunities are no longer the only decisive factors. Appreciation, the compatibility of family and work, flat hierarchies and an overall committed, positive corporate culture – we were able to convince in all these areas and once again assert ourselves in the FOCUS business ranking.”
The award as a top employer 2022 is one of a series of numerous awards that HAGER Executive Consulting has received in the 25 years since it was founded. The professional achievements in personnel services, especially in the area, were distinguished, for example by WirtschaftsWoche, Handelsblatt or also by FOCUS-Business Executive Search.
"The rating as a top employer is particularly important to us," emphasizes Klein. "Even more than the view from the outside, which other rankings represent, the judgment based on employee evaluations shows us from within the company that we can successfully assert ourselves in the face of current challenges on the labor market."
